What is Logifashion?

Logifashion is a logistics and fulfilment provider specialising in fashion and lifestyle brands. It supports warehousing, inventory handling, picking, packing, and shipping, helping brands manage their supply chain and deliver orders efficiently across multiple markets.

Integrating Logifashion with Neuro allows you to automatically send orders for fulfilment, synchronise inventory levels, and keep shipment information aligned between both systems.

Step-by-Step Integration

Installing the Logifashion Plugin

Follow the steps below to install and configure the Logifashion plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

• Log in to your Neuro account.

• In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

• To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.

• To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the Logifashion Plugin

• Within the store, scroll to the Plugins section.

• Click + ADD to begin installation.

• A pop-up window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select Logifashion, then click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

Enter the following information:

API Key

Enter the API Key provided by Logifashion. Neuro uses this key to authenticate when sending requests such as order data, inventory updates, or status queries to Logifashion.

You can obtain your API Key from your Logifashion portal or by contacting your Logifashion account manager or technical support team.

💡 Tip:

Treat your API Key as a sensitive credential. Store it securely and avoid sharing it in chats or documents. If the API Key is ever rotated or regenerated in Logifashion, you must update it in the Logifashion plugin configuration in Neuro to maintain connectivity.

• Default Plugin Toggle: Enable this if you want Logifashion to be the fallback option for orders.

• Marketplace or Region: Select your relevant Logifashion market (if applicable).

• Configure any relevant options (e.g., Download Products, Auto Sync Stock, etc.).

• Ensure all fields are filled in correctly for a successful connection.

Step 4: Connect Your Logifashion Account

Once your plugin is configured:

• Use the Copy Connect Link to send to a reseller, or

• Click Connect to authenticate with your Logifashion account.

• You’ll be redirected to Logifashion authentication portal to complete setup.

Step 5: Save and Activate

• If this is your default plugin, toggle “Is Default” on.

• Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

• After saving, toggle the “Is Active” switch at the top of the plugin screen to finalise activation.

Default Plugin Note

The Default Plugin serves as the fallback destination for order routing when no specific plugin assignment rule exists. If you’re using multiple plugins, we recommend designating a default and setting clear assignment rules for accurate routing.

Activation Time

Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial data synchronisation with Logifashion.
