What is GRLL?

GRLL is a fulfilment and operations platform that helps businesses manage orders, inventory, and warehouse workflows from a central system. It supports key processes such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, making it easier to keep stock accurate and orders moving efficiently.

Integrating GRLL with Neuro allows you to automate the flow of orders into GRLL, keep inventory levels aligned between systems, and centralise control of your fulfilment operations.

Step-by-Step Integration

Installing the GRLL Plugin

Follow the steps below to install and configure the GRLL plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

• Log in to your Neuro account.

• In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

• To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.

• To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the GRLL Plugin

• Within the store, scroll to the Plugins section.

• Click + ADD to begin installation.

• A pop-up window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select GRLL, then click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

Enter the following information:

Plugin Name:

Enter a descriptive name that will help you easily identify this integration within your Neuro account. For example, “GRLL UK Merch” or “Main GRLL Store”.

Hostname:

Provide your GRLL store’s domain in the format:
yourstore.GRLL.com replace yourstore with your actual GRLL store name (this can be found in your GRLL admin URL).

💡 Tip:

The hostname is the unique web address used to connect your GRLL store to Neuro. It must match exactly as it appears in your GRLL settings.

• Default Plugin Toggle: Enable this if you want GRLL to be the fallback option for orders.

• Marketplace or Region: Select your relevant GRLL market (if applicable).

• Configure any relevant options (e.g., Download Products, Auto Sync Stock, etc.).

• Ensure all fields are filled in correctly for a successful connection.

Step 4: Connect Your GRLL Account

Once your plugin is configured:

• Use the Copy Connect Link to send to a reseller, or

• Click Connect to authenticate with your GRLL account.

• You’ll be redirected to GRLL’s authentication portal to complete setup.

Step 5: Save and Activate

• If this is your default plugin, toggle “Is Default” on.

• Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

• After saving, toggle the “Is Active” switch at the top of the plugin screen to finalise activation.

Default Plugin Note

The Default Plugin serves as the fallback destination for order routing when no specific plugin assignment rule exists. If you’re using multiple plugins, we recommend designating a default and setting clear assignment rules for accurate routing.

Activation Time

Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial data synchronisation with GRLL.
