What is GRLL?

GRLL is a fulfilment and operations platform that helps businesses manage orders, inventory, and warehouse workflows from a central system. It supports key processes such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, making it easier to keep stock accurate and orders moving efficiently.

Integrating GRLL with Neuro allows you to automate the flow of orders into GRLL, keep inventory levels aligned between systems, and centralise control of your fulfilment operations.

Step-by-Step Integration

Installing the GRLL Plugin

Follow the steps below to install and configure the GRLL plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

• Log in to your Neuro account.

• In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

• To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.

• To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the GRLL Plugin

• Within the store, scroll to the Plugins section.

• Click + ADD to begin installation.

• A pop-up window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select GRLL, then click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

Enter the following information:

Plugin Name:

Enter a descriptive name that will help you easily identify this integration within your Neuro account. For example, “GRLL Main Warehouse” or “GRLL EU Fulfilment”.

URL:

Enter the GRLL API or endpoint URL provided by GRLL. This is the address Neuro will use to send requests to GRLL, such as order data and inventory updates.

The URL should match exactly what is supplied by GRLL or your GRLL support team. If your GRLL environment has multiple endpoints (for example, sandbox and production), make sure you use the correct one for this integration.

App Key:

Enter the App Key issued by GRLL for your integration. This value is used to identify the application that is connecting to GRLL.

App Secret:

Enter the App Secret associated with your App Key. This is a confidential credential used together with the App Key to securely authenticate Neuro with GRLL.

Tip:

Handle the URL, App Key, and App Secret as sensitive credentials. Store them securely and avoid sharing them in chats or documents. If any of these values are changed or regenerated in GRLL, you must update them in the GRLL plugin configuration in Neuro to maintain connectivity.

Ensure all fields are completed accurately before proceeding.

Step 4: Connect Your GRLL Account

Once your plugin is configured:

• Use the Copy Connect Link to send to a reseller, or

• Click Connect to authenticate with your GRLL account.

• You’ll be redirected to GRLL’s authentication portal to complete setup.

Step 5: Save and Activate

• If this is your default plugin, toggle “Is Default” on.

• Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

• After saving, toggle the “Is Active” switch at the top of the plugin screen to finalise activation.

Default Plugin Note

The Default Plugin serves as the fallback destination for order routing when no specific plugin assignment rule exists. If you’re using multiple plugins, we recommend designating a default and setting clear assignment rules for accurate routing.

Activation Time

Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial data synchronisation with GRLL.
