What is Zeitfracht?

Zeitfracht is a logistics and distribution provider that supports brands and retailers with warehousing, transport, and fulfilment services. It enables businesses to store inventory, process customer orders, and deliver shipments efficiently across multiple regions.

Integrating Zeitfracht with Neuro allows you to send orders to Zeitfracht, receive updates via FTP-based file transfers, and keep inventory and fulfilment data synchronised between both systems.

Step-by-Step Integration

Installing the Zeitfracht Plugin

Follow the steps below to install and configure the Zeitfracht plugin in your Neuro account.

Step 1: Access the Stores Section

• Log in to your Neuro account.

• In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores.

• To edit an existing store, click the edit (pencil) icon.

• To create a new store, click + ADD, assign a name, and then click the edit icon to continue.

Step 2: Add the Zeitfracht Plugin

• Within the store, scroll to the Plugins section.

• Click + ADD to begin installation.

• A pop-up window will appear. From the list of available integrations, type or select Zeitfracht, then click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

Enter the following information:

Customer ID

Enter the Customer ID assigned to you by Zeitfracht. Neuro uses this value to identify your account when exchanging data.

Auth Token

Enter the Auth Token provided by Zeitfracht. This token is used to authenticate requests and ensure that files and data processed by Zeitfracht are associated with the correct customer.

FTP Username

Enter the FTP Username provided for your Zeitfracht FTP account. Neuro will use this username when connecting to Zeitfracht’s FTP server to upload or download files.

FTP Password

Enter the FTP Password associated with the FTP Username above. Make sure this credential is kept secure and only used for integration purposes.

FTP Host

Enter the FTP Host for the Zeitfracht server. This is usually provided as a hostname or IP address (for example, an ftp.example.de-style address) that Neuro will connect to.

FTP Port

Enter the FTP Port that should be used when connecting to the Zeitfracht FTP server. If you are unsure, use the port specified by Zeitfracht or their technical documentation.

FTP Base Path

Enter the FTP Base Path on the Zeitfracht server that Neuro should use for file operations. This typically defines the root directory where order, inventory, and status files are placed and retrieved.

💡 Tip:

Treat your Customer ID, Auth Token, and all FTP details as sensitive credentials. Store them securely and avoid sharing them in chats or documents. If any of these values are changed or regenerated by Zeitfracht, you must update them in the Zeitfracht plugin configuration in Neuro to maintain connectivity.

• Default Plugin Toggle: Enable this if you want Zeitfracht to be the fallback option for orders.

• Marketplace or Region: Select your relevant Zeitfracht market (if applicable).

• Configure any relevant options (e.g., Download Products, Auto Sync Stock, etc.).

• Ensure all fields are filled in correctly for a successful connection.

Step 4: Connect Your Zeitfracht Account

Once your plugin is configured:

• Use the Copy Connect Link to send to a reseller, or

• Click Connect to authenticate with your Zeitfracht account.

• You’ll be redirected to Zeitfracht’s authentication portal to complete setup.

Step 5: Save and Activate

• If this is your default plugin, toggle “Is Default” on.

• Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

• After saving, toggle the “Is Active” switch at the top of the plugin screen to finalise activation.

Default Plugin Note

The Default Plugin serves as the fallback destination for order routing when no specific plugin assignment rule exists. If you’re using multiple plugins, we recommend designating a default and setting clear assignment rules for accurate routing.

Activation Time

Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the plugin to activate and complete its initial data synchronisation with Zeitfracht.
