Obtaining API Keys from Winit on Neuro

To acquire the necessary credentials for setting up the Winit plugin, contact your Winit account manager, they will provide the required authentication details.

Installing the Winit Plugin

Follow these steps to integrate the Winit plugin into your Neuro account:

1. Access the Stores Section

  • Log in to your Neuro account.

  • Navigate to the Stores section on the left-hand menu.

2. Add or Edit a Store

  • To modify an existing store, click the Edit button next to the relevant store.

  • To create a new store:

    • Click + ADD at the top.

    • Name the store and save it.

    • Use the Edit button to make further modifications.

3. Install the Winit Plugin

  • Open the Plugins section.

  • Click + ADD to start the installation.

  • A pop-up window will appear; select Winit from the list of available plugins.

4. Provide Required Information

Fill in the required fields with the credentials and details provided by Winit:

  • Plugin Name: Assign a meaningful name to the plugin, ideally one that aligns with your store’s name for clarity.

  • App Key: Enter the unique key obtained from Winit for API authentication.

  • Authorisation Code: Input the authorisation code received from Winit after initial authentication.

  • Product Export Country Code: Enter the country code for the origin country of exported products.

  • Product Import Country Code: Input the country code for the destination country where products are imported.

  • Push Order Warehouse: Specify the warehouse ID from which orders will be dispatched, as provided by Winit.

  • Push Order Deliver Way: Select the delivery method (e.g., standard or express shipping) as specified by Winit.

Stock Management Configuration

Add Products to Winit

Enable this function to synchronise your store products with Winit. When activated, it ensures that store products are created in Winit’s system. If you are importing products from a sales channel like TikTok, enable the product download feature from that sales channel before activating Add Products to Winit.

Download Products

This feature retrieves product information from Winit and generates corresponding store products in Neuro. It also updates product quantities every three minutes to reflect real-time stock levels.

Auto Sync Stock

Enabling this function ensures that stock levels across all channels linked to this plugin are synchronised with Winit’s stock updates every three minutes.

Order Management

  • Allow Order Split - Allow orders to be split into multiple shipments.

  • Push Orders to Plugin.

Post-Installation Notes

Important: After creating and saving the plugin, allow 3 to 5 minutes for activation and initial data synchronisation.

Finalising Setup

  • Once all required fields are completed, click Save at the bottom right.

  • To activate the connection, toggle the Is Active button at the top of the screen.
